• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the services
• Use automated bots or scraping systems without authorization

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts for violations.

6. AI-Generated Results

Upscalax uses artificial intelligence technologies to process images. We do not guarantee:

• Specific enhancement quality
• Accuracy or suitability of outputs
• Error-free processing
• Continuous or uninterrupted service availability

AI-generated results may vary depending on image quality, resolution, and system limitations.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, software, designs, technology, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Upscalax and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the services without prior written permission.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features or services may require payment. By purchasing paid services, you agree:

• To provide accurate billing information
• To authorize applicable charges
• That fees may change in the future

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

9. Temporary Storage & File Deletion

Uploaded and processed files may be temporarily stored on cloud servers for operational purposes. We may automatically delete files after a limited retention period without notice. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their content.

We do not guarantee that the services will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upscalax shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, consequential damages, or AI output inaccuracies arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the previous 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upscalax, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
